Exchanges & Returns Policy
Here at Rosie’s Closet we aspire for you to be truly satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied or have changed your mind we will accept a return on any full priced item within 14 days. In order for a return to be processed, it must be pre-arranged by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by ringing +61 02 49697349. The item/s must be returned in the original, unworn condition with all tags attached and receipt of goods included. Note: the refund is for the item/s only and does not include the postage charges.
We do not exchange or refund on any discounted or sale items / unless it is damaged or faulty.
We are happy to exchange for change of mind. Just contact us by email or phone, quote the style & receipt number, if the product is still available we will hold for you for 7 days.
We hope you never receive a faulty item, but on the rare occasion if an item is faulty or damaged please contact us via email: email@example.com or ring +61 02 49697349 within the 14 days. We can either send you out a postbag for your return or refund the item plus the postage when the parcel arrives. We are happy to refund or replace the item if available.
